The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all polite. I had functional, updated room with double bed and a good shower, as example. The food was excellent, had a huge variety of options.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unhelpful.

extremely convenient hotel in a very nice area next to railway, shops and restaurants and major tourist sights such as the gilco running man, dontonbori shopping strips and close to the luxury stores such as dior, fendi. the extremely helpful and very amiable staff with great attitude to guests. good and excellent food, excellent service.

The staff were courteous, and the room was neat and functional with all necessities, large bags. The food was EXCELLENT and there were a lot of dishes in the menu. The place was reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at Best Western Hotel Fino in Osaka for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to multiple subway stations and a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our room space. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near the vibrant shopping street of Shinsaibashi, without any disturbance from nighttime noise. We also appreciated the proximity to halal cafes and a 7-Eleven, as well as the reliable Wi-Fi and cleanliness of the toilets.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

my recent stay at a hotel in osaka was fantastic. the location was perfect, close to the river and shopping area. the staff was friendly and spoke good english. the rooms were clean and the breakfast had a great combination of western and eastern food. overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Elevator was slow.

Location is so nice because it is not so far from Dombotori amusement area.

The size of the room. It was so small for two people.

The bathroom and room were very clean and equipped.

Room too small. As you enter the room, the corridor is really narrow and you hit the walls and hanger closets (didn't like that too). Also the airconditioning instruction was in Japanese, so could not control the air, hence room was too cold or too hot.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the convenient location near the bustling shopping street of Shinsaibashi. The hotel was close enough to enjoy the nightlife but not too close to disturb our sleep.

We felt safe and secure during our stay and had no complaints.
